BY ROAD:

From Johannesburg:

  • Take the N12 / N4 highway to Nelspruit
  • From Nelspruit, take the R40 through White River and onto Hazyview
  • At Hazyview turn right onto the R536 towards Paul Kruger Gate, Kruger National Park
  • Once through the gate, drive straight for approximately 12km. You will reach a 4-way crossing. Proceed straight across for another 2km until you reach a T-junction
  • Turn left at this junction and continue for approximately one kilometre until you reach another 4-way crossing, turn right
  • You will cross a low water bridge (over Sabi River), approximately 4km later you will cross the Sand River
  • Keep heading straight, past the dirt road on the left signposted Maroela Loop, 6km further, you will pass another dirt road, also signposted ‘Maroela Loop’
  • Approximately one kilometre after the second dirt road you will see a dirt road on the left signposted ‘Rhino Walking Safaris’
  • Take this turning and proceed for 2.5km, the road will then turn sharply left, after which you will travel another 2.7km, leading you directly to Rhino Post Safari Lodge

Please note: you will need to pay a gate entrance fee of R160 per vehicle and R40 per person. The entrance fee can only be confirmed at the time of making your reservation (Prices subject to change)
