The 65 000 hectare Exeter Private Game Reserve hugs the western bank of the Sand River, close to the Kruger National Park border. World renowned, and fashioned around an experience of “the Africa of old”, this reserve maintains high standards of comfort and luxury. It is known internationally for its diversity of wildlife – from Big Five sightings to endangered wild dog.
Leadwood Lodge is understood to be a haven of leopard spotting opportunities not to be repeated anywhere else – sporting a fantastic variety of grazers on its ideal terrain, it is an attractive spot for both guests and natural predators. Coupled with the camp itself’s relatively small size, the result is an intimate and exciting experience of the bush that is as authentic as it is action packed, as it is a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.
