Route & Itinerary

Day 1:

You will catch a scheduled flight from Johannesburg where upon arrival at Hoedspruit Airport, you will be met and transferred by road to Kwa Mbili Game Lodge in the Thornybush Game Reserve. 2 x nights Kwa Mbili Game Lodge fully inclusive of 3 meals per day, 2 game drives per day, 1 guided bushwalk per day and all teas and coffees.

Day 2:

Owners Neil and Melanie Stuckenberg welcome you to Kwa-Mbili, their friendly and informal lodge with colourful African décor and an intimate atmosphere. Because they limit guests to 10 per day, special efforts are made to ensure that your stay will be as enjoyable and informative as possible!

The thatched chalets are decorated in colourful African style. Each chalet has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Each chalet has a patio where guests can sit and enjoy the natural surroundings. The safari tents are furnished with either double or single beds. The safari tents have thatched roofs over them to protect them from too much sun as well as shelter the bathroom areas from rain. The tents also have sheltered patio areas.

Day 3:

Following your final morning activity and breakfast, you will be transferred back to the airstrip for your 09h30, 11h30 or 13h30 charter back to OR Tambo International Airport.
